Firm Sponsors "Murphy Desmond Cup" Golf Tournament
On Saturday, June 3, 2023, the “Murphy Desmond Cup” golf tournament began at the Meadows of Sixmile Creek in Waunakee, Wisconsin. Eight 2-person golf teams from the LPGA Amateur’s Madison Chapter competed in fourball matches on the first day. The tournament resumed on Saturday, June17 with eight singles matches for the tournament win. (Points earned in the singles matches for each team were added to the points earned in the first round fourball competition.)
The winning teams included:
1st Place - Terri Redmond, Mindy Walker and Sandra Latham (Sandra subbed for Mindy in the singles match)
2nd Place - Shelly Armstrong and Dana Hoffmann
3rd Place - Rebecca Swartz and Lisa Herfel
Of course, 1st Place winners of the Murphy Desmond Cup received Murphy Desmond logoed cups, among other prizes!
